Lead SAP HCM Consultant

Role Overview

As a Lead Consultant, you will engage with business/functional teams to provide technical solutions while conforming to client and Infosys development standards. You will support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions.

What You Will Do

Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP HCM modules, investigate and resolve production issues, and support payroll cycles and time evaluation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires 7+ years of experience with IT, expertise in US Payroll, Time Evaluation, and master data management, and strong functional knowledge of infotypes, schemas, and wage type configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
• US citizenship or Permanent Resident status
