Role Overview

We are seeking a Partner in North America with deep experience in large-scale SAP transformations within the Life Sciences industry to join our growing organization. The role involves developing and growing Infosys Consulting's SAP consulting capability, building out a team, and delivering offerings tailored to the Life Sciences industry.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include practice development, sales, delivery, and people leadership. You will develop and grow Infosys Consulting's SAP consulting capability, create opportunities within existing and new clients, oversee delivery of large-scale SAP transformation engagements, and contribute to resource management.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a strong consulting sales/relationship management/account management experience, deep experience working with Life Sciences clients, and a successful track record at the Partner level leading SAP transformation programs.

Requirements

• 20+ years of leadership experience
• 10+ years of end-to-end SAP implementation experience with Life Sciences clients
• Successful track record at the Partner level leading SAP transformation programs for Life Sciences clients
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent
• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week
