Role Overview

Lead solution architecture for a S/4HANA based transformation program, addressing critical dimensions of business processes, data & analytics, applications, and technologies. Develop and implement an enterprise roadmap for SAP S/4HANA and a suite of new solutions.

Develop and implement solution architecture, lead solution governance forums, participate in business development and pre-sales activities, manage solution architecture topics and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Extensive work experience in a consulting company, working in large-scale SAP transformation programs
  • Proven delivery capability for large-scale SAP based transformation programs
  • Practical application of project management life cycle principles and methodologies (SAP Activate)
  • Experience with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks and models (e.g. TOGAF)
  • Considerable SAP solution architecture experience
  • Demonstrated skills in executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach
  • Solid understanding of major data objects and SAP enterprise structures
  • Solid understanding of a range of SAP applications (e.g. S/4HANA, IBP, MDG)
  • Solid understanding of applying technologies (e.g. Cloud, APIs, AI, IOT)
  • Superior client interaction skills
  • Ability to inspire, convince and to influence senior business management and stakeholders
  • Superior problem management skills and moderation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitations skills
  • Ability to collaborate within the Firm and to leverage existing resources
