Zoho developer

This is a remote position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years using and developing Zoho Suite.
• Setting up different Zoho applications, integrating it with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books & People, Work Drive, Zoho Salesiq & other Applications.
• Experience in Zoho Creator (Deluge), Zoho Flow (API Tool), Zoho Integration with other 3rd party applications.
• Work on Zoho, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho other products, Integration, REST, SOAP APIs.
• Have worked on Zoho CRM implementation.
• Candidates with Zoho Certification will be preferred.
• Understanding of Zoho suite of applications with specific emphasis on CRM, Inventory, Projects, Analytics, Creator and the Zoho marketing suite ( sales iq, social, campaigns, etc)
• Ability to translate business concepts into Zoho system interface and meet the client requirements through customizations or back-end coding.
• Coordinate with the zoho support team and effectively resolve issues that require attention or come up with alternate solutions.
• Take note of requirements from a system point of view and highlight any limitations to the project leads immediately
• Be reasonably aware of the various integrations possible with Zoho and the nature and the extent of the same.
• Develop workarounds within the system so that in the case of system limitations, one can suggest alternate ways.
• Training the staff to use them effectively and monitor efficiency
• Maximize Customer Management through Zoho CRM and maximize Lead generation through other Zoho Platforms

Requirements

• Have good communication skills
• Work experience as a Zoho Expert / Zoho Developer
• Have a strong sense of integrity and honesty
• Have laptop / computer and internet access at home
• Need to have discipline on Daily communication
