Development Miner

Role Overview

SCR Mining and Tunnelling is seeking experienced Development Miners to join their underground mining operations team. The successful candidates will provide field support, drilling and blasting, and work associated with drift development. The team is based in Bissett, Manitoba, and the role is full-time with a 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Rotation.

What You Will Do

As a Development Miner, you will be responsible for drilling holes, inserting rock bolts, installing ground support components, and following directives from shift supervisors to coordinate day-to-day ground control requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an underground development miner
