Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect to support the Nairobi CAA Project, providing architectural oversight, construction administration, and quality assurance across all phases of the project.

What You Will Do

Review architectural drawings, conduct site inspections, monitor contractor quality control processes, evaluate RFIs, and track construction progress.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have overseas work experience, knowledge of U.S. codes and international standards, QA/QC and construction administration experience, and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience
• Licensed Architect preferred
• Must have overseas work experience
• Knowledge of U.S. codes and international standards
• QA/QC and construction administration experience
• Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
