Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Controls Engineer to support the Nairobi CAA Project. The successful candidate will manage construction project controls, including cost and schedule management, reporting, and contract administration.

What You Will Do

The Project Controls Engineer will handle full construction project controls, manage office operations, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with contracts. They will also monitor contractor performance, review contract modifications, and support contract administration.

Why It Might Be a Fit

To be successful in this role, you will need 7 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and experience with Primavera. You will also need to be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any discipline), Engineering Management, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering
• 7 years of experience in the commercial construction industry
• Experience with Primavera
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
