Construction Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Construction Manager (CM) professional to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements for a project at President’s Park in Washington, D.C. The position is contingent upon the award of the contract. The project duration is one year.

What You Will Do

Oversee construction management activities and support project execution, coordinate project tasks, documentation, and communication among stakeholders, ensure compliance with contract document requirements and project specifications, conduct inspection and verification of construction work for quality and accuracy, and review and validate payment invoices in accordance with contract terms.

To be successful in the role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management or a directly related field, a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant construction and/or engineering experience, and an active Top Secret (TS) clearance. You will also need to have proven experience in construction management and project coordination, strong knowledge of contract requirements and compliance standards, and experience in construction inspection and quality verification processes.
