Role Overview

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. As an ETA Specialist, you will work on developing high-caliber Investor Deal Packages and advancing targets from proprietary sourcing to a successfully closed acquisition.

What You Will Do

Deconstruct and map the end-to-end lifecycle of developing a high-caliber Investor Deal Package, create institutional-grade financial models and investor slide decks, and develop the Investment Memorandum (IM) and all supporting collateral.
