Associate Principal Engineer, Salesforce Health Cloud

Role Overview

We're looking for an Associate Principal Engineer to lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large, enterprise healthcare implementations. The role requires deep expertise in Health Cloud features, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

What You Will Do

The Associate Principal Engineer will lead all phases of the delivery lifecycle, provide technical governance, conduct design/code reviews, and manage architectural risks and technical debt. They will also lead and mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams, collaborate with program managers, and drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• 9+ years of experience

• Hands-on leadership experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs
• Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations, payer/provider workflows, and patient/member lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
