Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements, applicable regulations, and quality standards.

What You Will Do

Conduct regular site inspections, ensure safety documentation, lead investigations of incidents, monitor and track site safety performance, support implementation and enforcement of site safety and health programs, and perform other duties as required to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10 years of progressively responsible construction experience
  • Experience managing construction sites and coordinating multiple subcontractors
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and site management principles
  • Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30 or equivalent)
  • Experience with quality management systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic construction management tools
