Procurement Functional Consultant

This is a remote position.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled procurement functional consultant to support a recent conversion of SAP S/4 including Ariba, Fieldglass and ZIP process and technology integration. The role will focus on supporting existing processes and integrations, managing defects, and designing and implementing enhancements. The successful candidate will have experience implementing and supporting the above technologies, including design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to work with both business and technology teams, troubleshoot, provide solution options, and detailed documentation.Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Process and Technology Support for Ariba, Fieldglass, ZIP and SAP S/4
  Manage issues and defects arising during hypercare support
• Review
• Troubleshoot issues with Ariba, Fieldglass and ZIP related processes and integration
• Test and deploy changes to Production
• Manage a backlog of enhancements.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define security needs for AWS, Databricks, and Power BI integrations.
• Document security requirements, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Maintain detailed security design documentation and update as environments evolve.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements and implemented security controls.

Technical and Configuration Knowledge

• Knowledge and experience with Ariba and Fieldglass configuration and integration with SAP S/4
• Knowledge of contracting processes and ZIP functionality
• Experience with ABAP code and data integration

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work with business, functional and technical teams.
• Provide daily detailed documentation for issues, issue resolution process and technical documentation.
• Provide daily status updates and reporting for your areas of responsibility.

Requirements

Qualifications:Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP ECC or S/4, Ariba Procurement, Fieldglass
• Knowlege if contract management processes and ZIP software
• Hands-on experience with applications above

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, ZIP

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering and produce clear documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
