Role Overview

What You Will Do

Provide personal care support, assist with mobility and transfers, prepare meals, support medication self-administration, and document care provided.

Requirements

• Age 18 or older
• Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to follow written care instructions and document services
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism with vulnerable populations
• Ability to work independently in home settings
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to complete TB testing, background screening, and onboarding requirements
