Team Leader Software Development Ruby on Rails

Role Overview

You will take over the technical leadership of our agile development team and accompany your colleagues as a sparring partner, mentor, and impulse giver on their development path. You will spend about half of your time on team leadership and promote the strategic use of KI-Coding-Tools in the developer's daily work.

What You Will Do

You will actively participate in the conception, development, and documentation of our software solutions based on Ruby on Rails and [link removed]. You will drive KI-supported coding in the team forward and develop clear guidelines with your colleagues for an efficient and future-proof AI-first workflow.
