Role Overview
Use excellent customer service skills to serve as an initial contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff. Perform initial intake for incoming issues, manage grievances/complaints, and other cases with low to moderate complexity.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or Health Care related field
- 6 months of experience in customer service handling service recovery and/or dispute resolution
- 1 year of patient contact, health care related experience
