Role Overview

Partner with product and engineer partners to drive features from discovery through execution, crafting experiences that connect parents, coaches and players to make youth sports more fun.

What You Will Do

Design high-impact, consistent, and intuitive user experiences across platforms, conduct user research, and use a data-driven approach to tie design decisions to user research.

Why It Might Be a Fit

4+ years of experience as a product designer or a similar role, degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent, expertise in using Figma and prototyping tools, and experience working in tight collaboration and influencing product, engineering, and marketing teams.
