Role Overview

The Real Estate Attorney will provide general support to the Regional General Counsel - Europe, managing the closing process from start to finish, performing legal due diligence, and coordinating with external advisors. The role involves multitasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high-quality work product within stated deadlines.

What You Will Do

The Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for managing the closing process, performing legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating Term Sheets / LOIs, drafting contracts and notarial deeds, and overseeing the entire closing process from start to finish.
