Project Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
• Manage and track project progress, and report to stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development or IT industry
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
