Role Overview

The AWS Bug Bounty team is seeking a security engineer with strong security analytic skills to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage your experience and internal knowledge of AWS systems to effectively triage a diverse set of incoming reports.

What You Will Do

Researching, reproducing, and responding to security issues reported through the bug bounty program, managing relationships with external security researchers, and driving improvements to team tooling, automation, and processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of industry-based security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques
  • 2+ years of scripting, programming, and security code review in a common programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience with AWS products and services
