Requirements

Skills&Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, Social Sciences, or another related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience of having worked in a direct fundraising and [link removed] or development sector organizations would be preferred.
• Adrivenandempatheticleaderwhocanworkacrossboundariesandgetthings done
• Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironmentwithminimalsupervisionandcomfort with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe
• Highlyorganizedwithstrongprojectmanagementskills,interpersonalskills,andan executive presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
• Highlydevelopedculturalawarenessandabilitytoworkwellinaninternational environment withpeople from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time-zones
• Abilitytostretchlimitstomeetdeadlinesandtime-boundgoalsforselfandteam members
• Outstandingleadershipcapabilities,abilitytocommunicateacompellingvisionand drive results while developing a strong team
