Igaming Affiliate Manager, SEA

An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a leading South East Asia service provider for the position of the SEA Affiliate Manager - Remote (in charge of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia market).

This position is open to candidates in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia and should have igaming/ online casino affiliate networks in the SEA region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to acquire new affiliates.
  Manage business negotiations with customers.
• Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
• Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.
• Set marketing and sales goals to achieve revenue growth.
• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.
• Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.
  Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.
• Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.
• Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in affiliate marketing programs as an Affiliate Manager in  igaming/ online casino.
• At least 2-3 countries are main focus countries - MY, SG, TH, ID.
• Build and manage affiliate programs.
• Familiar with presenting to a broad type of audience.
• Have existing affiliate networks.
• Have experience in exhibiting affiliate conferences.
• Have proven track records of affiliate revenue generated by networks of affiliates.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and work well independently and in a team setting.
• Self-starter/Independent, initiative, and persistent.
