Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients across U.S. [link removed] prospects and set appointments for the sales [link removed] up with leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships and nurture [link removed] accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM [link removed] or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, connections, appointments booked).Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and [link removed] actively in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.

Require Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
• Confidence and professionalism when speaking with business owners or executives.
• Experience calling U.S.-based businesses is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with dialer tools (e.g., Aircall, PhoneBurner, or similar) and team communication platforms like Slack.
• Strong work ethic, coachability, and a competitive drive to succeed.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
