This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Legal Recruiter with a strong legal background,ideally a qualified lawyer—who has experience in talent acquisition within the legal field. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in legal recruitment and talent strategy, withdemonstratedsuccess incurating and implementing Learning & Development (L&D) programs for legal professionals. This is a strategic role requiring an individual who understands both the nuances of legal practice and the hiring/lifecycle needs of legal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle legal recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified legal professionals across variousjurisdictions.
  • Build andmaintainstrong pipelines of legal talent for ongoing and future client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand legal hiring requirements, practice areas, and culture fit.
  • Utilize your legal background to assess candidate legal competencies and suitability for specific legal roles.
  • Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategies for internal and external legal talent.
  • Design onboarding and upskilling programs tailored for lawyers, paralegals, and legal support professionals.
  • Track success metrics related to placements, training, and professional growth.
  • Stay updated with legal industry trends, hiring practices, and L&D innovations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Law degree and legal qualificationrequired(admission in anyjurisdiction); experience in legal practice preferred.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in legal recruiting and/or legal practice, with at least 2 years focused on talent acquisition or L&D.
  • Proven experience designing or overseeing legal L&D programs (compliance, continuing legal education, onboarding, etc.).
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with legal professionals at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), remote work tools, and legal industry job boards.
