Role Overview

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Deployment Specialist to support its mission of providing excellent, accessible care to improve the lives of animals and the people who love them. This role involves a strong ability to manage and track project timelines, coordinating multiple departments and managing onboarding progress. The Deployment Specialist will be competent and effective in leading comprehensive training sessions for hospital leadership teams, focusing on change management and workflows, sharing best practices.

What You Will Do

Lead comprehensive training sessions for hospital leadership teams, focusing on change management and workflows, sharing best practices. Working across function with Marketing, IT, Apps/Products and product team to update progress and address/solve roadblocks. Regular communication cadence with Operations team to update them on status, challenges and next steps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in veterinary or healthcare systems implementation or hospital operations preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Xcel, Smartsheets, PowerBI)

Benefits

  • Total compensation range for the position is between $100,000-$125,000
