Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll work closely with product and engineering teams to design, build, and improve core products and implement growth strategies. You'll be part of a friendly, cross-discipline agile team who help each other solve problems on both server and client side.

Designing and improving the full product life cycle, implementing prototypes, working with engineers, conducting user testing, and motivating design-oriented decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
• Experience with front-end web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe)
• Experience collaborating with engineers and other designers
• Experience performing user research, user flow mapping, and presenting options to stakeholders
• Understanding of color theory, typography, interaction design, motion principles, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
• Strong portfolio of website designs, web apps, graphic design elements, and logos
• Experience with designing enterprise web applications or API products
• Experience with cryptocurrency and/or specific public (permissionless) and private (permissioned) blockchain and distributed ledger protocols
