Volunteer (MK)

Purpose: The Volunteer (MK) is the adult child of Novo staff and has been asked to serve at Novo events, participate in global outreach, or on ministry trips.

Qualifications: The Volunteer (MK) must have an active, personal relationship with Jesus, relevant history with Novo, and be in a healthy place on their own MK journey.

Applicant Process:

• Complete a volunteer application
• Complete a background check and child safely training (if applicable)
• Complete an onboarding event and sign adherence to Novo volunteer guidelines
• Acknowledge agreement with Novo's Basic Beliefs and Biblical Convictions
