Role Overview

Join the Financial Operations team at Primer, a unified infrastructure for global payments. As a Product Manager, you'll own a sub-area within the team, defining problems, prioritizing, and delivering outcomes over multiple quarters. You'll work with a dedicated engineering team, design partner, and report into the Product lead.

What You Will Do

Owning the outcomes for your sub-area, defining problems worth solving, planning and delivering initiatives, writing specs, partnering with engineering, and representing your sub-area to merchants and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A track record of owning a product sub-area or significant feature set end to end
  • The ability to define problems independently from messy inputs
  • Sound, autonomous trade-offs on scope, quality and technical debt
  • Enough technical fluency to partner with engineers on feasibility and integration implications
  • Clear, structured communication that keeps engineering, design and GTM aligned and surfaces risks early
