Weare looking for a talented M365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have 1-3 years of experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft365 suite, with a strong focus on Power Platform coding and scripting. Thisrole involves designing, developing, and deploying custom business applicationsto enhance productivity and streamline business processes

Shift Timings:

Evening Shift 5:00PM to 02:00AM IST (Non-Negotiable, we workmostly with US customers in EST Time Zone)

Remote opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom applications using React for SharePoint and MS Teams using React (SPFx).
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps.
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow) to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 and third-party services and applications.
  • Design and develop custom solutions within the Office 365 environment, leveraging tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Office SDK.
  • Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Create, configure, and manage Exchange servers on-premises and in Azure.
  • Implement best practices for Exchange server administration, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 components.
  • Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on developed solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and React technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Strong experience with React and front-end development
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate) are a plus
