Job title: Functional Consultant (SAP WM)

Employment: Full-time on a contract basis

Start date: August 2026

Duration: End of 2026 with likelihood of extension

Location: UK remote with some travel

Rate: Market rates, plus expenses

IR35: Outside

Overview of role

This position is to provide on-going support to The Config Team across various projects in the role of Functional Consultant for SAP Warehouse Management. Responsibilities will include; Workshop Facilitation, Solution Design, Change Impact Assessment, Requirements gathering, FIT/GAP analysis, Functional Specification Writing, WM Build/Configuration, Training Super Users and End Users, Test Script and Scenario Planning, Unit and Integration Test execution, User Acceptance Test support, Defect identification and resolution, Cutover Planning and GoLive (OnSite) Support.

Essential skills and experience

• Warehouse Business Process Knowledge

• SAP WM Configuration (incl. HUM), reporting and troubleshooting

• EDI/IDOC Integration with external Partners/Systems

• Leading Workshops

• Testing Skills and data migration
