Role Overview

We're the top family beach portrait company on the Big Island with $700k revenue in 2025. The role is built for someone who has scaled a destination-based service business to multi-7-figure profitably and mastered organic marketing in a tourist/destination market.

What You Will Do

You'll own the full P&L, multi-island expansion roadmap, landing luxury resort partnerships, building an organic marketing machine, hiring, training, and quality control.

• Mastered organic, high-converting marketing in a tourist/destination market
• Won contracts with strategic partners over entrenched competition
• Expanded geographically without destroying profits

Benefits

• Base salary with permanent increases to $65k → $75 → $90k → $105k →$125k when revenue milestones are met
• Up to $75k/year performance bonuses
• Real equity up to 10% Cap as revenue + EBITDA milestones are met
• 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff per tranche
