Manager, IT Business Services Portfolio

Role Overview

Own and execute the application portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable value. Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve or transform operations through portfolio applications.

What You Will Do

Lead application lifecycle management, monitor application performance, and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives. Oversee implementations, upgrades, and releases, and manage vendor relationships.

Requires 8+ years IT experience and 4+ years' experience working with Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing systems. Experience with MD-Staff, 1App, Origami, Diligent, LinkSquares or related softwares is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years IT experience
• 4+ years' experience working with Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing systems
• Experience with MD-Staff, 1App, Origami, Diligent, LinkSquares or related softwares
• Working knowledge of industry standards such as ITIL, Project Management, Product Management, Agile Development and leading system migrations
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Hands on experience with AI is highly preferred
