Senior GoLang AWS Developer - CO Remote

Workstate seeks a GoLang AWS Developer to join our team! In this exciting role, you will develop and manage cloud-based applications using Go and AWS technologies. This position is a remote opportunity, available to people residing in Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in that country.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional experience and have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all:

• Proficient in GoLang and its frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., RKS, MSK, EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Kafka and/or other messaging and queueing frameworks
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Experience working within an Agile team environment
• B2 level (upper-intermediate) or higher English language competency with ability to communicate effectively in professional settings, both written and verbal.
