Job Summary:
The VA Coach will lead, mentor, and support a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs), ensuring high-quality performance, adherence to processes, and professional growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, preferably in a BPO setting, and excels in coaching, process implementation, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Virtual Assistants to maximize productivity and performance.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide actionable feedback.

• Develop and implement training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance improvement plans.

• Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, challenges, and performance-related issues.

• Foster a positive and collaborative remote work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a BPO or remote team setting.

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and team management.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to implement processes, drive productivity, and maintain team accountability.

• Comfortable working in US business hours and managing remote teams across time zones.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Experience in performance tracking and reporting

• Strong understanding of virtual team dynamics and remote work best practices
