The role

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise and a sharp eye for quality, performance, and user experience.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in evolving our web platform — shaping architecture, improving performance, and setting engineering standards for our real-time AI product.

If you enjoy building fast, scalable applications, care about clean code, and like influencing how things are built — this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive frontend improvements by introducing modern tools, patterns, and best practices

  • Build and scale high-performance web applications using React and modern frontend technologies

  • Own features end-to-end — from idea and design to production and iteration

  • Work closely with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver smooth, intuitive user experiences

  • Support backend development (Python) and ensure seamless integration across the stack

  • Mentor other engineers and help improve team processes (code reviews, testing, CI/CD)

  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience, with strong frontend focus (React / Angular / Vue, TypeScript)

  • Experience improving and scaling frontend architecture in production environments

  • Solid understanding of modern tooling (e.g. Vite, Webpack) and browser fundamentals

  • Good grasp of backend concepts (API design, data flow, scalability); [link removed] or Python is a plus

  • Product mindset and attention to UX, performance, and maintainability

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to support and mentor others
