Sr. Director of Program Management

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Operations Strategy is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, aligning, and executing strategic initiatives in partnership with Operations leadership, Product, and Technology teams. This role serves as the single point of accountability for Operations program management, process transformation, and resource prioritization across Network Solutions.

What You Will Do

Establish and lead a centralized Operations program management function, partner with Technology and Product leaders, instill execution discipline, and lead a high-performing team of Operations program managers and process analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or transformation leadership roles
• Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, including leading managers or senior individual contributors
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational and cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to influence at all levels, navigate ambiguity, and execute under pressure
• Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and discretion
• Proficiency with business systems, analytics tools, and collaboration platforms
