Role Overview

As the Sr. Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, you will lead a team of local cloud administrators responsible for supporting and evolving the infrastructure that powers our SaaS products. This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance engineering execution with people leadership.

What You Will Do

Lead and mentor a high-performing India-based infrastructure team, ensure reliability, performance, and security of cloud and on-prem environments, drive automation using IaC and scripting to improve operations, and oversee server, network, and storage maintenance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in cloud/infrastructure roles
  • 3+ years leading technical teams
  • Strong experience with cloud + on-prem environments
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Linux containers, and Windows/Windows containers
  • Advanced scripting in PowerShell and Python
  • Strong background in IaC (Terraform)
  • Experience managing/optimizing multiple Active Directory forests
  • Solid understanding of incident management, observability, CI/CD, and resilience engineering
  • Ability to perform market research, run PoCs, and help select tools
  • Knowledge of security best practices and a security-first mindset
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, [link removed]
  • Exposure to M&A cloud/infrastructure integration
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for a global work environment
