Junior Account Manager (E-Commerce & Retail Media)

Role Overview

We are a leading Retail Media Agency specializing in Amazon and pharmacy delivery. We support pharmaceutical manufacturers and brands in increasing their performance through data-driven marketing and effective Amazon advertising strategies. Our goal is to make pharmaceutical brands Retail Media Champions.

What You Will Do

As a Junior Account Manager, you will manage existing customers in the Amazon & pharmacy delivery area, participate in the implementation of Retail Media strategies, and contribute to the development of growth strategies.

Requirements

• First work experience (1–2 years) in the field of online marketing, e-commerce or media
• Interest in digital project management & data-driven marketing
• Basic understanding of online advertising (e.g. Google, Meta or Amazon is an advantage, but not a must)
• Analytical thinking, structured working method & enthusiasm for new tools
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) & good English language skills
• Communicative appearance & pleasure in exchanging with customers and internal teams
• Safe handling of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
