NOC Engineers

This is a remote position.

Job description:

1. Monitoring systems and networks to ensure uptime and performance.
2. Responding to alerts and incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems.
3. Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues.
4. Documenting issues and resolution processes.
5. Maintaining technical knowledge through continuous learning and training.
6. Perform weekly OS Security patching.
7. Resolving MDR related tickets.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in GOC or NOC.
2. Advance English, both written and verbal.
3. Good knowledge of SolarWinds.
4. Good knowledge of Windows Servers 2016, 2019, MS Azure and VMware.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operating systems.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Experience with incident management processes.
9. Good understanding of networking, firewalls, security principles.
10. Training and certifications in Cloud Concepts, Azure architecture and services, and Azure management and governance are preferred.
11. Knowledge of Python Scripts and Bash Scripting is preferred.
