We’re seeking a Field Superintendent to join our team and ensure seamless execution of projects, from day-to-day operations to quality control and safety oversight.

What You Will Do

Plan and coordinate construction activities, logistics, and field personnel. Communicate with contractors and project team members regarding ASIs, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Ensure subcontractors fully execute their contracted scope and comply with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• OSHA-30 certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with scheduling tools: pull-planning, Microsoft Project, and short-term look-ahead schedules
• Basic understanding of construction quality control (CQC) standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
