Atticus Advisory Solutions is seeking a NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Consultant based in the Philippines to join our growing consulting team. This is a client-facing role primarily focused on delivering NSPB implementations for our customers, with approximately 15% of time dedicated to supporting our internal NSPB rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) implementations for client engagements
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions

  • Configure NSPB applications, including metadata management, business rules, KPIs, and reporting

  • Build and maintain planning, budgeting, and forecasting models aligned with client business needs

  • Support integrations between NSPB / Oracle EPM and NetSuite ERP and/or non-NetSuite data sources

  • Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction

  • Provide occasional product demonstrations of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting for existing BSP clients

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 1 year of hands-on NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) experience
  • 2–3 years of combined experience across NSPB and Oracle EPM, particularly Hyperion Planning or Oracle Cloud EPM – Planning

  • Proven experience delivering planning, budgeting, and forecasting implementations

  • Strong technical skills in:

    • Application configuration

    • Metadata management

    • Report and KPI development

    • Business rule creation

  • Experience working in client-facing consulting roles

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business users and project teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating EPM solutions with NetSuite ERP or other data sources
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

  • Experience supporting or delivering product demos
