Role Overview

Lead and manage analytics engineers, setting priorities, guiding design patterns, and defining delivery expectations. Remain hands-on in building and implementing analytics solutions using Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and Python-based development.

What You Will Do

Translate business requirements into scalable data products, establish and enforce standards for data quality, validation, performance, reliability, and governance across analytics deliverables. Oversee predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or payor analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a healthcare-related field
