Executive Admin / Chief of Staff

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Admin / Chief of Staff to join our growing team. This role will report directly to the CEO and will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our company.

What You Will Do

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, manage and prioritize the CEO's inbox, prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support, office management, or a similar role, preferably within a startup environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
