What You Will Do

Assist Slovak-speaking customers with accommodation bookings through phone, email, and chat. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately. Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
