Bulk Carrier - 3rd Engineer

CSM Indonesia is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. 

JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION

Assists senior engineers in the operation and maintenance of engine room machinery

Responsible for safe operation of auxiliary engines, compressors, purifiers, and boilers as assigned

Keeps assigned engine room watch and monitors machinery performance

Carries out routine maintenance and repairs under the PMS

Ensures engine room safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SMS

Assists in bunkering, machinery inspections, and emergency drills

Maintains engine room logs and records as required

Holder of valid COC (STCW Reg III/1) with verification.

Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position.

Experience with multicultural working environment
Good communication skills

Safety culture and mindset

VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Minimum experience requirements: 8 months in Rank with the same type/size of vessel.

Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended

Supramax size vessels experience is required.

CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Contract Duration [6 months +/- 1 months]
