Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team. The Project Executive will oversee and manage multiple mission critical construction projects nationwide. This is a full-time position with some travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple mission critical construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks to team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mission critical technology
• Travel to project sites as needed to oversee and support project teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mission critical construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Willingness to travel as needed

• Knowledge of mission critical systems and technology is a plus
