Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking 2X dynamic and experienced Business Systems Analysts to join our innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on transformative telecommunication and digital projects across Africa, contributing to the evolution of our business systems and [link removed] candidates must be able to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. Requirements

• 5+ Experience in Telecom/Digital Transformation Projects: Proven track record in relevant projects is non-negotiable.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Business Process Modelling: Proficiency in modeling tools and techniques.
• BSS Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Support Systems is essential.
• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of agile practices and frameworks.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. A valid passport is required for the contract.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French, Swahili, or Portuguese is an advantage.
