Senior Salesforce Administrator / Junior Developer 1705

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilledSenior Salesforce Administrator / Junior Developerto support and optimize our Salesforce environment. This role will focus heavily onFlows, process automation, and administration, with some exposure to development tasks. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Salesforce configuration and automation, with a solid foundation in development concepts.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design, build, and maintainSalesforce Flows(Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, etc.)

• Manage and optimizeSalesforce configurations, including objects, fields, permissions, and page layouts

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intoscalable Salesforce solutions

• Performdata management tasks, including data imports, exports, and cleanup

• Maintain and improveautomation processes(Flows, validation rules, workflows)

• Troubleshoot system issues and provideongoing support to end users

• Work closely with the development team onintegrations and enhancements

• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices

Requisitos

RequiredQualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as aSalesforce Administrator

• Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Flows and process automation

• Solid understanding ofSalesforce data models and platform capabilities

• Experience withuser management, profiles, roles, and permissions

• Strongproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

PreferredQualifications

• Basic knowledge ofApex, APIs, and integrations

• Experience supportingSalesforce customizations and enhancements

• Salesforce certifications (e.g.,Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder)
