Claims Specialist

Role Overview

The Claims Specialist will report to the Claims Supervisor in the CDB Operations Department, driving compassion, confidence, and trust while delivering a superior quality experience. This role requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

What You Will Do

Process accurate claim data to ensure members receive correct reimbursements, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and utilize available tools and resources to make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Claims experience preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or college degree
• Ability to work overtime in peak season
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
