Volta has created a data collection and enrichment ecosystem for curated EP lab data which is fed into a physician validated, machine learning methodology to support complex AF solutions. 🫀Missions

• Ensure a strong communication within France & Benelux on the most recent Afib treatment options with our technologies
• Establish a strong relationship with our KOLs
• Work closely with our Field Clinical Leader to better understand local pathology market and establish a fast penetration of the Volta system in those markets with a general high adoption
• Ensure coordination with all relevant stakeholders and install Volta's solutions
• Share best clinical practices and identify critical success factors (Maximize product adoption, proactive communication, representation of Volta)
• Assists Sales with advanced product demonstrations to visiting physicians and sales personnel
• Provides Volta procedural case coverage in France, which some coverage in other European countries as needed
• Provides additional back-up support to Field Account Manager in the following areas: sales support, regional training, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product presentations with training to physicians, nurses and sales representatives.
• Remain current on developments in field(s) of expertise, regulatory requirements, and a good working knowledge of company and competitor products, markets, and objectives as well as industry trends.
• Resolve and/or facilitate resolution of problems including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence
• Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills while engaging with customers to resolve issues.
• Interact with R&D, Quality and Regulatory teams.

This position requires frequent travel (up to 80%). 

🫀Profile

• You are based in Paris or in Lyon region
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience required.
• You have minimum of 4 years increasingly responsible experience in Electrophysiology, cardiac pacing and related industries.
• You demonstrate knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
• You must have comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You are willing to learn about AI products 
• You must be able to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals; must be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively
• You are a team player, able to work in a startup environment
