Role Overview

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech Speaking Reservations Agent to support [link removed] operations in Greece. This role provides an exciting opportunity to use your Czech language skills to assist customers with accommodation reservations and deliver excellent customer service within the travel industry.

What You Will Do

Assist Czech-speaking customers with booking accommodations via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding properties, pricing, and [link removed] policies. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
